The constant search for look for innovation and the improvement of your product experience has led to the development of a reliable, durable and easy to use design. The new Mountain Bike Look Pedal was built around a mechanism that offers maximum resistance to the negative effects generated by contact with different external factors (stones, roots, mud, etc.), guaranteeing uniform and reliable performance over time. The pivot of the pedal, equipped with double -resistant dual stations, has been improved to resist the most difficult conditions that can be encountered during a bike output.
Look were faithful to the principles that guide him in everyday life: the less problems means more time to pedal and therefore more fun.
The best power-poey ratio
All the energy produced is transferred to the MTB via the pedals. Therefore, their role is crucial.
Look's goal for this new solution is to make the transfer of the power generated by the pedal more efficient. That's why Look chose to put the weight/contact surface in first place in the design of this model.
Generally, the greater the contact surface, the more efficient the transfer of energy will be. Conversely, the greater the contact surface, the greater the weight of the pedal.
The challenge to which the look engineers found themselves compared therefore consisted in identifying the useful areas for the transmission of energy and therefore optimize the pedal design in order to limit the unused parties. This task made it possible to design the pedal with the best weight/contact surface ratio.
Side contact support
The side contact support leads the foot in the search for the attack, ensuring a point of contact. This large contact surface prevents the foot from sliding on the pedal's body and offers stable and safe support.
Geometry of the mechanism
The mechanism works independently of the external conditions and give the user a constant feeling of stability and attachment, in any condition.
Adjustable voltage
The adjustable screw allows you to set the input/exit resistance according to your needs.
