The new generation of the Race TLR hide is the most performing rubber of the range as well as being the first tire with tubeless technology entirely made in Italy. L'Introduction of the new Speedcore technology in the 120TPI carcass, provides L'Use of mixed aramide compound that covers the internal layer of the tire, improving both the smoothness and the resistance of the rubber. Speedcore ™ is a Tubeless-Ready stroke developed by Pirelli for high-performance cycling tires, representing the most advanced TLR technology to date. It derives from the car experience of Pirelli and is made possible thanks to the new production plant in Italy. The construction of Speedcore ™ consists of a thin and waterproof layer of rubber mixture infused of aramid particles. This layer covers the internal part of the tire and thanks to the presence of the Aramis in the rubber mixture, allows better mechanical resistance, improved air retention and greater overall flexibility: all contributes to the overall performance of the tire.
