Axs ™
Axs ™ is the new SRAM component integration system that connects the electronic components of the bicycle to the application. L'' Axs ™ app allows cyclists to see the charge level of batteries, to change the behavior and to customize the change commands, as well as to receive reminders on maintenance and download the updates of the app.
Orbit ™
Orbit ™ is an innovative technology for control of the gear movement. It uses a silicon -based liquid inside the elegant and ultralight hydraulic clutch system. Unlike the mechanical firrion gearbox, ORBIT ™ technology does not cause any additional resistance to the change of the gearbox in the event of a slow or light movement. This facilitates the gear gear and removal of the rear wheel. While driving, the hydraulic clutch system limits the movements of the chain. With the utmost reliability and optimal voltage of the chain for 2x and 1x systems.
X-SYNC
SRAM X-SYNC 1X technology ensures the highest level of performance and durability. The teeth of crowns and pulleys from the X-Sync profile, tall and square, allow an optimal and always constant retention of the chain compared to the crowns and pulleys that use the classic profile of the triangle-shaped teeth. To ensure a perfect permalman, even in muddy conditions, the X-Sync pulles and pulleys have been designed with special rooms for L'self -pully from mud.
ETAP®
All the technology that is used for the SRAM Red Etap group such as the wireless change, the advanced battery management system and the mechatronics are all designed with a single goal: to make the change easier, more intuitive and effective as possible. This change system is called ETAP. The right lever makes it harder, the one of the softer left, both levers act on the front derailler. Simple, infallible and intuitive.
